• A deposit may be required to confirm service bookings.

4. Service Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
• Delays caused by site inaccessibility or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.

5. Compliance & Safety

• We follow all legal procedures required by the Department of Labour and relevant authorities.
• Clearance certificates, safe disposal documentation, and project reports will be issued where applicable.
• Clients must ensure site access and basic safety conditions are met before work begins.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing site conditions or structural faults.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, weather, or regulatory approvals.
• Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
